The below leaderboard is a ranking of your performance in the Polish Youth Association. Obviously, the better you were assessed by your peers, the higher you are placed on the leaderboard.
To calculate the percentages, the number of points you scored overall is taken and divided by the maximum possible number of points. A score significantly below 75% indicates strong underperformance, a score between 75% and 80% may indicate the need for some improvement. Attaining a minimum score of 80% should be your goal. Use this to gain insight into your overall performance.
In viewing your scores on the leaderboard, make sure to take into account accuracy and improvement. Accuracy is assessed based on how many people had direct work experience with you. A minimum of 7/21 of individuals assessing you on your direct work with them is a good benchmark for an accurate report. The higher the number, the more accurate the report. Improvement indicates how your score changed since the previous peer assessment. This should give you a good idea of the quality of work you contribute to the organization, and how you may be perceived by others in working with them. Take into account your role and position in the association, in relation to how you placed on the below leaderboard. The more you improved, the better — this is probably the most important of all the scores provided.
Remember, The purpose of the Peer360 feedback is to assist each individual to understand their strengths and weaknesses and to contribute insights into aspects of their work needing professional development.
