Bartek Szymański

Bartek Szymański is a distinguished Polish-American community leader and advocate, deeply committed to promoting Polish culture and youth engagement. Born and raised in the United States, Bartek has maintained a strong connection to his Polish heritage, dedicating significant efforts to community service and cultural preservation.


Bartek pursued higher education at Pace University, where he majored in Acting for Film, Television, Voice-Overs, and Commercials. His tenure at Pace was marked by notable leadership roles; he served as the President of the Student Government Association (SGA) on the New York City campus, exemplifying his dedication to student representation and governance.  Additionally, Bartek showcased his versatility by actively participating in the university’s Mock Trial Team, earning recognition for his outstanding performance as a witness.  


Beyond academia, Bartek has been instrumental in the Polish-American community. He holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at the Polish Youth Association, where he plays a pivotal role in organizing events and initiatives that empower Polish-American youth.  His commitment extends to the General Pulaski Memorial Parade Committee, where he serves as the Corresponding Secretary, contributing to the planning and execution of the annual Pulaski Day Parade in New York City.  In recognition of his dedication, Bartek was honored with the Outstanding Pole Statuette, underscoring his significant contributions to the Polish community.   


Bartek’s unwavering dedication to both his academic pursuits and cultural heritage continues to inspire those around him, reflecting his passion for fostering community engagement and cultural pride.
