Session 1: Study in Warsaw Networking Event

Ever wondered what studying in Poland could really look like — or whether Warsaw might be an option worth exploring?

This event, hosted at the Consulate General of the Republic of Chicago, brings together senior academic leadership from Warsaw’s top universities for a rare, in-person opportunity to learn how higher education in Poland actually works.

You’ll meet decision-makers from the University of Warsaw, Warsaw University of Technology, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw Military Academy of Technology and the Medical University of Warsaw — the people shaping admissions policies, academic programs, international exchanges, and long-term university strategy.

Whether studying in Poland has been on your radar for years or has never crossed your mind, this session is designed to give you clear, practical insight — without pressure, panels, or lectures.

At this event, you will:

• get a real-world understanding of how Polish universities operate

• ask honest questions about programs, admissions, and international opportunities

• connect directly with university leaders in an open, conversational setting

This is about access, clarity, and opportunity — and it’s open to anyone curious about what studying in Poland could offer.
