PACIM Polanie Legacy Scholarship
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must be of Polish descent; submit application by the deadline; submit a short biographical statement, including a brief description of your Polish heritage/descent; submit documentation of academic achievement (GPA); include a program/course description, including information about your tuition and required course materials; submit two letters of recommendation; and submit an essay describing your personal goals.
ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
The Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota (PACIM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Polish culture and heritage within Minnesota. Established in 1981, PACIM fosters community engagement through educational programs, cultural events, and artistic performances, including lectures, film screenings, traditional festivals, and exhibits showcasing Poland's rich history and contributions to the arts. The institute also supports language instruction and offers resources for those interested in exploring their Polish ancestry. By serving as a vibrant cultural hub, PACIM strengthens the connection between Polish-Americans and their heritage while enriching the broader Minnesota community with the beauty of Polish traditions.
