ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Completed application must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2024● Applicant must be of Polish descent or a relative of an active PLAV member● Applicant must be a resident of the State of Ohio and a U.S. Citizen or permanentresident of the United States● Applicant must have been accepted at a two or four year college / university● Applicant must not have received a Polonia Foundation Grant previously. This limitationdoes not apply to applicants for Law School Grant● Attendance at the Awards Banquet on Friday July 26, 2024 is required to receive theGrant
ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
The Polonia Foundation of Ohio is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Polish culture, heritage, and traditions while supporting educational and charitable initiatives. Based in Cleveland, the foundation provides scholarships to students of Polish descent and funds community programs that celebrate Polish history, arts, and cultural achievements.
