ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1.Applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America and of Polish ancestry.2. Applicant must be a full-time student enrolled as a sophomore, junior, senior or post-graduatein the fall of 2024; in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or universitylocated within the United States.3. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.4. Applicant must be/become a member of their local Polish American Congress (PAC) Division,or if none in their area, then a member thru the National PAC. No exceptions. Copy of PACmembership card or letter from Division President confirming membership is required withapplication. Please visit PAC National website www.pac1944.org for information on membershipand links to Division websites.

ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

The Polish American Congress Charitable Foundation (PACCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting educational, cultural, and humanitarian initiatives that benefit Polish and Polish-American communities. Founded in 1971, the foundation provides scholarships for students of Polish descent and funds cultural programs that promote Poland’s rich heritage and contributions to global arts and sciences. PACCF also engages in charitable activities, including disaster relief and medical aid for those in need in Poland and Polish diaspora communities. By fostering education, cultural exchange, and philanthropy, the foundation strengthens ties between Poland and the United States while advancing mutual understanding and goodwill.
