Established in 2009, the MIT Polish Club brings together Polish and Polish-American students and scholars, along with other members of the MIT community interested in learning about Poland. We bring Polish culture and community to MIT by celebrating Polish traditions, fostering connections among our members, and sharing opportunities for cultural engagement. We host a variety of events, including commemorations of our national holidays and lectures on Polish history, culture, and geopolitics. Some of our social events include pierogi making and watch parties for major Polish sporting events. Additionally, we engage with the broader Polish community by attending events in Boston's Polish Triangle and coordinating with Poland's MIT Alumni Club to forge connections with Polish businesses and attend events in Poland. Finally, we publicize information about scholarships and opportunities for Polish students through our mailing list and social media.
