Applicant must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States; must be of Polish descent; must be a member of PNA Brooklyn, Lodge #1903 for at least a year ; must be a graduating high school senior or a college freshman, sophomore, or junior at the time of application;and must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
