Eligibility Requirements

Completed application must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2024 ● Applicant must be of Polish descent or a relative of an active PLAV member ● Applicant must be a resident of the State of Ohio and a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States ● Applicant must have been accepted at a two or four year college / university ● Applicant must not have received a Polonia Foundation Grant previously. This limitation does not apply to applicants for Law School Grant ● Attendance at the Awards Banquet on Friday July 26, 2024 is required to receive the Grant
