Please provide all the information you would like to be announced about your club during the ceremony at the main stage. Write it exactly as you want it to be announced in English or Polish (important names, dates, history of the organization, etc.).
Adherence to the regulations of the General Pulaski Memorial Parade Committee (GPMPC) is mandatory. Any organization that fails to comply with these guidelines will be removed from the Parade. Parade participants are requested to follow the instructions of the GPMPC and NYPD.
The GPMPC does not support or encourage illegal behavior by participants in the Parade. The GPMPC holds the permit and reserves the right to deny participation to any group or individual whose involvement in the Parade may be deemed unacceptable.
The GPMPC will comply with all public decency regulations of the state of New York. Any person or group violating these regulations may be removed from the Parade by the NYPD.
The safety of our marchers and Parade spectators is our top priority and should be yours as well.
Each club takes on individual responsibility for participating in the Parade, including organizing appropriate transportation for its members to the parade venue.
The club agrees to pay a fee of $20 to contribute to the materials and refreshments provided to your participants by the Polish Youth Association at the Parade. This fee can be paid in cash or by check on the day of the Parade or through the organization's Venmo account @polishyouthassn on the day of the Parade. The club and all participants in the contingent agree to abide by local and state laws, as well as the rules and regulations outlined in this document.
