AN ACCREDITED POLISH STUDENT CLUB OF THE POLISH YOUTH ASSOCIATION

Polish Student Association
The latest our organization is formed was in 2015, but it was likely formed even before that. The purpose of our organization is to teach our members about Polish culture through various kinds of activities. We offer 1 General Body Meeting per month, where we have a presentation about some aspect of Polish culture, then have a Kahoot where our members can win awesome Polish prizes, and finally we socialize over food. We also have official meetups off-campus like at Lake Wauburg, where we meet up for beach volleyball, canoeing, or swimming. Finally, we have both in person and virtual language nights, when we actively practice speaking in Polish through various activities like playing 4-corners or making tier lists. For Virtual Language Nights, we have actively sought to collaborate with students from the University of Warsaw, so our students can make friends with native Polish speakers that have a similar age as they do. We would gladly also collaborate with Polish students at other US universities.
