We are excited to announce that the Polish Youth Association (PSM) has formed a partnership with the European Financial Congress Academy (Akademia EKF), a significant step toward deepening economic knowledge and supporting the development of young leaders in the field of finance.

The EKF Academy is a unique project launched within the framework of the European Financial Congress. Established in 2014 by Mateusz Morawiecki, the former CEO of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., the initiative aims to nurture young talents, motivating them to expand their knowledge on financial stability and the socio-economic development of Poland and Europe. The Academy focuses on shaping leaders who will be able to meet the challenges of today’s economy.

The mission of the EKF Academy is to inspire young people to actively participate in the debate on the future of the economy and to engage them in developing practical solutions for the financial sector, new technologies, and global challenges. The Academy provides not only solid theoretical knowledge but also unique opportunities for students to build valuable connections with business leaders and experts, supporting their development of competencies and expanding their professional networks.

The project includes cyclical events such as meetings during the European Financial Congress, where participants take part in workshops, Oxford-style debates, and discussion panels. An important part of the Academy’s activities is the annual publication "What Would We Change in Poland and Europe?", which features students' reflections on the future of the economy.

The collaboration between PSM and the EKF Academy is a step toward reaching a wider group of young people who will be able to actively engage in the debate on the future of finance and the economy. This partnership enables both organizations to jointly inspire the younger generation to develop their skills, build professional networks, and prepare for the challenges posed by contemporary financial markets. Together, they create a space for young leaders that not only offers learning but also real engagement, exchange of ideas, and the establishment of valuable professional relationships, which play a crucial role in shaping the development of Poland and Europe. With the support of experts and access to unique events, young people will gain knowledge that will influence the further development of the financial sector and economic management in Poland and Europe in the future.
