Currently attend Grade 9 or 10 (based on a twelve-year schooling system); be B2 (or higher) users of English; have an excellent academic and behavioural record as reflected in their current school’s Academic Transcript; have a portfolio of achievements highlighting their academic (Regional or National competitions and Olympiads) and extracurricular activities; Latvian students additionally must attend public school.
