ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident; of Polish ancestry; demonstrate financial need; reside in the United States and attend an American academic institution; have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent; and cannot be a previous Kulze Scholarship recipient.
