From July 17–20, 2025, the SGGW campus in Warsaw will become the meeting ground for the future of the global Polish community. Polonia Camp 2025 is a free, four-day event created for young leaders of Polish descent from around the world — those who want to connect, build, and take action.
The event is co-organized by the Polish Youth Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Młodzieży – PSM), an organization that has earned recognition among young Polonia communities through dynamic international projects, professional teams, and effective collaboration with public institutions. PSM plays a central role in shaping this year’s camp, setting its direction and quality.
Polonia Camp 2025 is a space for those who don’t wait for the future — but help create it. The program will include thematic debates, expert-led workshops, concerts, panels with representatives from the diplomatic and nonprofit sectors, networking opportunities, relaxation zones, and sports activities.
The event will feature representatives of the Polish Youth Association, who have been actively involved for years in the development of Polish communities abroad, international youth cooperation, and strategic initiatives. Among those present will be:
Jakub Staniewski – President of the Polish Youth Association
Gabriela Pydzińska Azevedo – General Director of Polish Youth Association in Portugal
Isabelle Mazgaj – Chief Operations Officer
Julia Skrodzka – Partnership Manager
Madeline Mazgaj – Programs Director
Jan Filip Jagielski – Chief Marketing Officer
Their presence will give participants access to current knowledge, modern practices, and proven strategies in fields such as project management, international communication, social marketing, and building youth structures in various parts of the world.
Taking part in Polonia Camp 2025 is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, learn how to manage projects in international environments, and build relationships with partner organizations and experts across different fields. It’s also a space to share experiences with peers from around the globe and gain real support for those ready to act — both locally and globally.
Travel cost reimbursement is available for participants. The event is completely free of charge, and all practical details, as well as the application form, can be found here.
The application form must be submitted by July 10, 2025.
Polonia Camp 2025 is where vision meets action. If you’re ready to make an impact, grow, and become part of an international community of young leaders — Warsaw is waiting for you.
